How To Measure Your Protective Gear

For the best size selection, compare the item with similar protective clothing or equipment that fits comfortably. Use the measurement methods relevant to the product.

Shoulder Width

For garments with shoulders, measure across the back from the outer edge of one shoulder to the outer edge of the other shoulder.

Chest Width

For garments, measure across the front at chest level, from one side to the other. If measuring your body, measure around the fullest part of your chest instead.

Garment Length

For clothing, measure vertically from the specified upper starting point down to the bottom edge of the garment. Follow the individual product's measurement instructions.

Choosing Your Size

Consider your preferred fit and any clothing or equipment you expect to wear underneath or together with the protective gear. Check product-specific sizing guidance.
