  • Requests for a return or exchange must be made within 14 days of delivery.

We provide detailed size information for every product on our website, including chest, shoulder, and waist/body measurements in centimeters, to help customers select the correct size before placing an order.

It is the customer’s responsibility to review these measurements carefully before purchasing. A product not fitting as expected does not qualify as a defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied item and is therefore not eligible for a return, refund, or exchange.
