Refund & Return Policy

1) European Union Customers

This section applies only to customers located within the European Union.

If you wish to return your order, you must contact StabSafe within 14 days of receiving your package by emailing:

or by submitting the Refund Request Form available on the Request Refund page of our website.

Your return request must include:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Date of delivery
  • Products you wish to return

Requests submitted more than 14 days after delivery will not be accepted.

Return Process

After receiving your request, StabSafe will review it and provide return instructions, including the return address and the next steps required to complete the return.

Products must not be returned without prior authorization and return instructions from StabSafe.

Return Conditions

Returned products must:

  • Be unused and unwashed.
  • Be in the same condition as originally received.
  • Be free from damage, stains, odors, alterations, or modifications.
  • Include all original packaging, labels, manuals, inserts, and accessories.
  • Be carefully repackaged to prevent damage during transit.

Products that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs paid at the time of purchase.

Customers are also responsible for all return shipping costs associated with returning a product to StabSafe.

Any customs duties at return process ,import taxes, brokerage fees, handling charges, or other shipping-related expenses are the responsibility of the customer.

Inspection and Refund

Once the returned package arrives at our warehouse, StabSafe will inspect the returned products.

If the products are received in acceptable condition and comply with this policy, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds are issued only after the returned products have been received and successfully inspected.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.


2) Rest of the World (Outside the European Union)

This section applies to all customers located outside the European Union.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days after payment confirmation.

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

2. No Returns or Refunds for Change of Mind

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds if you no longer want the product, have changed your mind, selected the wrong item, or if the product does not meet your personal preferences or expectations.

3. Eligible Reasons for Returns or Refunds

Returns and refunds will only be considered in the following circumstances:

  • The product is defective due to a manufacturing fault.
  • The incorrect product was supplied.
  • The product was damaged during shipping.

4. Timeframe for Return Requests

You must contact StabSafe within 14 days of receiving your order.

Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

5. Return Process

If your request qualifies:

  • Include your order number
  • Include photographs or videos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item

Our support team will review your request within 3 business days.

If approved, return instructions and the return address will be provided.

6. Condition of Returned Items

Returned products must:

  • Be unused and unworn.
  • Be returned in their original packaging.
  • Include all original labels, accessories, manuals, and components.

Products showing signs of wear, misuse, alteration, modification, or damage caused after delivery will not be accepted.

7. Refund Details

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund processing may take between 5 and 10 business days depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping and delivery charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.

Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, handling charges, and any other shipping-related charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrectly supplied by StabSafe.

8. Exchanges

Exchanges are available only when a product is defective or damaged and will be limited to the same product and size originally ordered.

9. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance items
  • Final sale products
  • Discounted products marked as non-returnable
  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, improper storage, or accidents

10. Sizing

Returns, refunds, exchanges, or replacements are not accepted due to incorrect size selection or fit issues.

Detailed size charts and measurements are provided on every product page, including chest, shoulder, waist, and body measurements.

Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing information before placing an order.

A product not fitting as expected does not qualify as a defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied item and is therefore not eligible for a return, refund, exchange, or replacement.
